Our goal is to produce artwork that will last.  As such, we only use premium grade materials and processes in the production of our products.  This includes heavy weight photo grade paper, actual cotton/poly blend canvas, fade resistant pigment based ink, wood frames, protective optically clear acrylic glass, and steel hanging hardware.  

All prints are made to order per customer specifications.  Most prints are produced within 3 days of time of order and payment, however if experiencing high volume those times may be slightly extended.  Standard shipping depends on location. Products are produced and shipped from the West Coast, USA.  You will be updated by email once the order ships.

Picture matting has historically been used to separate the image from glass to preserve the image, plus to add visual appeal.  Modern printing, paper and ink technology assures long lasting prints without the addition of matting.

PremiumPrintArt.com allows the user to create a customized matting appearance to suit their style.  This matting is printed on photo paper and offers all the visual appeal of traditional matting.  The design tool allows for unlimited matte color and design options.

Our products are printed and assembled in the USA from domestic and imported materials.  We produce all prints in house at our facility in Oregon, USA.

We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in the United States (excluding US territories) with the purchase of any two or more printed items. There is no minimum dollar amount for this offer, simply order any two or more items.  For single item orders, there is an $8.99 flat shipping and handling fee.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.  All orders must ship to a United States address.

The design tool allows for uploads in the following formats:  JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS and a maximum file size of 50 MB.  

For projects that require more precision, we will accept print ready files in the following formats in file sizes up to 1 GB:  .jpg/.jpeg, .png, .pdf, .heic, .tiff, .tif, .psd.  In order to take advantage of this option, the order must be placed using a file type and size allowed by the design tool, and the user must include an order note that a different file will be utilized.  During order processing, PremiumPrintArt.com will send a special form to allow for uploads as prescribed above.

Original, full resolution files are always recommended.  The design tool allows for a generous 50MB file upload, and larger size uploads are avaialble (refer to previous FAQ item).  While social media uploads are available, these are often compressed files, and in the process will lose detail as compared to the original picture.  Likewise, pictures shared via texting apps are compressed and will result in lower quality compared to the original.  Always opt for the original photo, if available.

Additional sizes may be available as a custom order.  While some limitations apply, our printers can handle sizes up to 40 inches wide, and several feet in length.  Please contact us for pricing and availability of special projects.

While we utilize technology and processes to produce excellent color fidelity, it’s important to understand that every monitor displays color differently, and an exact match between the final print and image on your screen cannot be guaranteed.  Minor shifts in color are normal but should not affect the overall visual appeal of the finished product.

While our prints are fade and water resistant, plus additional anti-UW options are available, all of our printed products are intended for indoor use only.  Hanging PremiumPrintArt.com artwork outdoors or where directly affected by weather will void the warranty.

Per our terms and conditions, the following policy applies to customer images:  You must not upload any Customer Content that contains anything that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, showing any kind of child abuse, racially offensive, likely to incite hatred against any person or group or otherwise is criminal or offensive in the minds of reasonable people or in breach of any applicable law.  Seperately, You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise possess all necessary rights with respect to the User Generated Content and that it will not infringe, misappropriate, use or otherwise violate any copyright or other intellectual property right of any third party, that the User Generated Content will not violate any privacy right of any third party, and that the User Generated Content are not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, obscene or otherwise objectionable. You have obtained the written consent, release, and/or permission of every identifiable individual who appears in User Generated Content for purposes of using it in any manner set out in these terms

Every print comes with metal sawtooth hangers pre-installed.  This hanging method proves to be one of the sturdier and easiest methods for picture hanging.  Depending on image size, one or two hangers are included to ensure a secure and stable hang.
