Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty:

Every product is inspected prior to shipment, however in the unlikely event of a defective, damaged or incorrect item, each print is covered by a full 5 year warranty.  At our option, PremiumPrintArt.com will either refund your purchase price in full, or provide a replacement print.  

What is covered:

PremiumPrintArt.com products are warranted against defects in product and/or workmanship when used as intended. Defects may include but are not limited to:  Print of incorrect or misaligned image; cracked, scratched or bent paper; broken, dented or scratched frame; receipt of incorrect frame style; chips or scratches in acrylic glass; missing or damaged hardware; damaged facing surface of canvas, excessive fading; excessive color shift; damages during the shipment process.

What is not covered:

Product warranty is void under the following circumstances, to include but not limited to:  Damage due to abuse or mishandling after receipt; improper placement (ie. outdoors); user error in selection, design or upload of image to website; nominal color shifts, claims by others for unauthorized use of copyrighted images; damages resulting in actions by someone or something outside PremiumPrintArt.com control (don’t play ball in the house!).
