How are Photos Displayed?

The Site is committed to providing you with a safe environment to upload and order printed images.  Uploaded images are generally available to the user and premiumproprints.com authorized staff only, or to others only when shared by the user.  In the event The Site offers users the ability to publicly share images, such shall be initiated and executed exclusively be the user.  The Site shall never share nor distribute user photos without expressed permission, and for a permissible purpose only.

What are cookies and how does The Site use them?

As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, many web sites use cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. The Site respects the intellectual property rights of others. We claim no ownership rights in any user provided image contained in any of your photo albums and will not share your images unless instructed by you or otherwise required by law or permitted under a separate agreement with you. Please note that when you share an image, you allow the recipients of that image to share and make that album and the photos in it available to others. Privacy of Children

The Site is in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and do not intend for registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 13 years of age.
